A Member of the Responsible AI Group at the ICML 2024 Conference

Kuniko Paxton, a PhD student of the Responsible AI Research Group, attended the International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML) 2024, which was funded by the Alan Turing Institution & Roche community and Women in Machine Learning. The title of a poster she presented at the Affinity Joint Poster session was "Redefining Fairness and Mitigating Latent Bias for Skin Color in Image Classification". Her conference experience is described in the blog below.
