Kuniko Paxton, a PhD student of the Responsible AI Research Group, attended the International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML) 2024, which was funded by the Alan Turing Institution & Roche community and Women in Machine Learning. The title of a poster she presented at the Affinity Joint Poster session was "Redefining Fairness and Mitigating Latent Bias for Skin Color in Image Classification".
